Be Gone Iceland

When all the leaves have fallen and the air turns cold, we wish and pray for a white Christmas to come and stay around to play long enough for Olaf to entertain our front yards.
Winter didn't arrive until February this year and then thought to overstay it's welcome.
Our snow has finally melted, but if the wet blanket Myriam and I laid on Sunday was any indication, the ground certainly has not dried out yet from the gallons of precipitation.
Now begins the massive clean up our beautiful trees dispersed throughout our yard. Thankfully, we only had one large branch come down and it was away from the house. Our home may not be perfect shape, but it kept us warm and secure during winter's storms.
Here are some other winter updates from our home...

{ Kids got skills. Playing his favorite... Michale Jackson. Yes, he knows worship songs too. }

 { Busted out to Uncle Jason's place to sled & tailgate with family. }

{ Sisters on snow days. }

{ Papa turned 70 & we surprised him at dinner...although, somehow he dodged the group selfie. }

{ Trying out the new Summit Trampoline & loving it! }

 { The objective for preschool is to teach her how to be quiet, share and wait in line. }

 { Celebrating Charlie with an epic Nerf Birthday Battle supplied with over 1500 Nerf bullets. }

{ These kids were a sweaty, hot mess after 1.5 hours of running through the office. }

 { Put my niece & daughter in charge of a whim 4" trim... slight fix later. }

{ When potty training a puppy & toddler simultaneously, one needs to utilize the family's carpet cleaning business. Thanks babe. Comically, both girls peed and pooped the next day
on freshly cleaned carpets & upholstery.}

 { McLendon Athletics taking 1st place in the SWISH League Tourney. }

{ Preparing for sunshine with happily painted toes... & parts of my feet too! }

Spring, we gladly welcome the new beginning of a blossoming season. 🌷
